Peak Performance Buoyancy
Buoyancy control separates good divers from great divers. Great buoyancy skills provide confidence and environmental awareness. You may even find that your air consumption gets better! You will learn how to precisely weight yourself for optimum control and balance, even when the dive environment changes for example: salt to fresh water, change of exposure protection etc.
Buoyancy and Trim (diver positioning) are both fundamental skills of good diving practice and, in our opinion, are some of the most challenging techniques to master underwater, but once you have developed a good understanding of the dynamics of buoyancy and trim, these fundamental skills are definately the most rewarding. The key to great buoyancy and trim control are both balance and stability. Finding these is easy with the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course, so jump to it now and make a change in your diving, for the better!
